Our products

We do not compromise on food safety and consumer health.

This commitment applies across our entire value chain.

From collection to commercialisation through storage, transport and raw materials processing, Soufflet guarantees food safety and the optimal traceability of its products.

Within each of its sectors and areas of activity, the Group applies a structured risk management policy designed to guarantee the safety of its products available on the market, whether these are for human or animal consumption. This approach is based in particular on the HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) method, but also on certified benchmarks in the area of food safety.

Soufflet also uses systems designed to guarantee the origin of products and their method of production. In each of its Divisions, the requirement for traceability means following the life cycle of a batch from receipt of raw materials through to shipment. Complete traceability “from the field to the fork” is ensured in several traceable value chains.

Through its knowledge of markets and protection mechanisms, the Group also helps its customers to manage raw material risks, providing them with bulk supplies based on the levels of quality required by food safety standards while ensuring sustainable markets for its partner farmers.

By 2025, 100% of eggs and egg products used by the relevant activities of the Soufflet Group will come from alternative farming in the cage.
