Malteries Soufflet today signs a long-term leasing agreement with the IPDC (The Industrial Parks Development Corporation).

This signing is an important stage for the Group’s project in Ethiopia since it will enable a malt house to be built in the suburbs of the capital Addis-Ababa.
The initial aim is to achieve the capacity to produce 60,000 tonnes.
By taking a first step in Africa, this ambitious project falls entirely within the Malteries Soufflet strategy to develop activities outside Europe which are already taking place in Brazil, Argentina and India.
