FIVE NEW TOP BAKER’S QUALITY FLOURS
Launched in early 2018, the Baguépi Farine Responsable range offers five top baker’s quality flours: authenticity, artisan tradition, prestige tradition, amber selection and the old-fashioned selection.
These flours are made from combinations of pure, 100% French wheat varieties, selected for their bread-making and organoleptic qualities. The range—made with a wheat chain that is traced, free of storage insecticides and co-created with SOUFFLET Agriculture and 400 agriculture partners—merges quality, traceability and respect for the environment.
In order to meet the demand of a growing number of organic supporters, the Baguépi Farine Responsable range, launched in 2018, is adding organic flours in 2019.
During Sirha, the hospitality and food service trade show held in January, Moulins Soufflet unveiled a range of four organic flours made from 100% French wheat.
The flours are made in our Lozanne (69) mill, which has been recently renovated and is fully dedicated to the production of organic flour.
