AIT Ingredients establishes its presence in Cameroon

The Cameroonian team ensures the technical assistance and the commercial representation of AIT in Central Africa.

AIT INGREDIENTS and SOUFFLET NEGOCE organize, every year since 2014, RENCONTRES ACTUALI'T: meeting of the actors of the sector for the presentation of the new crop in Douala. PBS technical interventions and commercial presence in the sub-region (Cameroon, Congo, Gabon) are increasingly expected by customers.   

In 2017, to accompany a partner in the sale of PERFECKT improvers, we hire a first Cameroonian collaborator - Armand ESSOH. Satisfied with this experience, accompanied by good results, Olivier DATOUCHOUA, joined us in 2019. Trained as a baker and after an experience as a bakery manager in a Gabonese flour mill, he is in charge of our trials at the customers' premises, whose trust he has gained. Olivier is a real relay on the field.    

The wheat sector in the region is still in motion, with the creation of new mills in Congo and Cameroon in 2021/2022. In this context, in line with AIT's strategy, we have decided to base an Area Manager in Douala. Colince FEUKOUO will join AIT in September 2021. Today, the Cameroonian team provides technical assistance (with Romuald MILLIARD from the Bakery Division in support from Corbeil) and commercial representation for AIT in Central Africa.
