It’s easy to make bread, but simple things are often the hardest to do. To make good bread, there’s no secret, carefully copy what craft bakers do and fully respect the key stages of bread-making – dough resting times, moulding in two stages. It takes us between four and twenty four hours to produce good looking, tasty bread!
