Our Strategy
Thanks to its integration in the Soufflet Group, Malteries Soufflet maintains full control over the entire production chain, from the selection of new barley varieties and the breeding of seeds to the selection of the highest quality barley varieties for its malt house.

This know-how has resulted in the company establishing itself in high growth potential areas in which it develops and improves the origination of high quality barley varieties in close proximity to its industrial malting facilities. In this way it supports the modernisation of agriculture in many countries. 

Malteries Soufflet has the capacity to meet the logistical and commercial challenges encountered from the collection of raw materials to the delivery of malt to its client-brewers whatever their location and in a spirit of close partnership.

Following this strategy, Malteries Soufflet is permanently confronted with a two-fold challenge: performance excellence in the constant search for food quality and safety, with the assistance of state of the art equipment and sustainable development, which implies the safety of people and control over resources, in particular water and energy.
